Tomorrow it’s back to the grindstone with children.
I am a better teacher for having disconnected from school. I’m a better teacher for relaxing over break. I’m better rested, invigorated, and feeling more whole as a person after this break.
My goal this week is to work out Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I’ve got at least 3 of those figured out. I feel better as a whole when I’m working out. My mood improves, I am continuing to lose weight, and I get out of my own head for a bit. It’s a good thing.
It was a great break, and I’m so happy to have had it.
